Shipping is available throughout the UK and internationally.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery and international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery without a tracking code.
I am not responsible for any customs charges you may receive.

How fast it arrives to you depends on your location and shipping times.

If you find credit to another shop below here, it means that some the design
has been purchased off Etsy to use to make stickers.
I always check with the artist to make sure it is OK to use their clipart/pattern in planner stickers.


Please understand that my items are handmade and can never look exactly the same. So please remember this if your product is slightly different then on the image.

My jewelry/charms are not TOYS, they are not intended for small children, as they could present choking hazard.

I, Annika Paiv, am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop, anniscrafts.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.

I have no access to your payment account details as PayPal or Etsy Payments processes your order, depending on the method you choose. You may access the privacy and data collection policies of Paypal and Etsy from their websites.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

* With Etsy to comply with my obligations.

* With delivery and delivery insurance companies to fulfill and protect your order.

* To comply with legal or tax obligations.

* To prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues.

* To protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and comply with tax law and/or other legal obligations. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for 7 years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
